Common methods of gait analysis
Gait analysis commonly used methods are as follows:

1, gait cycle analysis: including the step and landing of left and right legs.

2. Gait dynamics analysis: It can measure the strength and energy of human movement.

3. Biomechanical analysis of gait: To study the influence of human walking on human tissue structure.

4. Gait pattern recognition: According to the characteristics of human walking, different gait patterns can be distinguished.

5. Research on gait control mechanism: Study how to coordinate different body parts to maintain a balanced and stable walking state.

The relationship between gait and body structure;

Gait has a lot to do with body structure. There are three joints in human lower limbs, namely hip joint, knee joint and ankle joint. The centers of these three joints should be in a straight line. Once these joints have problems, the original gait will change.

Gait refers to the posture of people walking, which is related to the anatomical structure, physiological function, motor control ability and psychological state of the human body. Everyone's gait is different, because there are subtle differences in muscle strength, tendon and bone length, bone density, vision, body coordination, weight, muscle or bone injury and so on.

Gait analysis can help doctors scientifically analyze the causes, diagnose diseases, evaluate curative effects and guide patients to walk training.
