The next day, Master Chaozhou took the "Winter Melon Corner" back to the teahouse and asked Master Chaozhou to improve it and sell it in the teahouse. The result was well received, hence the name "old woman cake".

Ants climbing trees are actually minced meat fans. The origin of the name of this dish is said to have a sad story. According to legend, Dou E's family was poor at that time. In order to take care of her sick mother-in-law, she told the butcher to give her a small piece of meat on credit.

Dou E chopped this small piece of meat into minced meat, cooked it with vermicelli, and served it to her mother-in-law. Because my mother-in-law is old and her eyesight is not good, she thinks that the small minced meat stuck on the vermicelli is ants, so this dish is named "Ants on the Tree".

Husband and wife lung slice exercise:

Ingredients required: beef 1 kg, beef tongue 1 kg, beef scalp 1 kg, beef heart 2 kg, and beef belly 2 kg. Clean it, cut it into pieces of appropriate size, then put it in a pot with cold water, blanch it for 3-5 minutes and take it out.

Brine soup base: water 15 kg, 3 beef bones, beef 1 kg, chicken rack 1 piece, 30g ginger, 60g cooking wine and 80g salt.

Spice formula: Zanthoxylum bungeanum 10g, fennel 10g, aniseed 5g, Amomum villosum 5g, Amomum tsaoko 5g (seeded), fragrant leaves 5g, washed and wrapped with gauze.

Practice: First boil the bottom of brine soup for 1- hour. After cooking, add spices and cook for about 30 minutes, then add the prepared ingredients. Boil on low heat for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat and stew for 40 minutes, then take it out and let it cool.
