Have you heard the legend of Lushan Yunwu Tea?
Legend has it that the Monkey King on Chashan is tired of eating Xiantao, Guo Xi 'an and Xianjiu. One day, it suddenly occurred to him that he wanted to drink fairy tea from the Queen Mother, so he decided to steal some tea seeds from the fairy tea garden of the Queen Mother and plant them in Guo Hua Mountain. At that time, it was the autumn season. The tea tree has seeded, but the Monkey King doesn't know how to collect tea seeds.

At this time, a group of sentimental birds flew over and promised to collect tea seeds to stop Wukong. This affectionate bird flew to Guo Hua with tea seeds in its mouth. When passing by Lushan Mountain, the beautiful scenery of Lushan Mountain attracted this affectionate bird. The leading bird couldn't help singing. As soon as the leading bird sings, the other birds sing along. Tea seeds pass through the clouds from the mouth and fall into the gap at the peak of Lushan Mountain. Since then, tea trees have been planted everywhere in Lushan Mountain. This is the origin of Lushan Yunwu tea.

Since Lushan Wuyun tea was isolated from wild embryos, it has been planted artificially for more than 1000 years. According to legend, Hui Yuan, the ancestor of the Pure Land Sect of Buddhism, once entertained the poet Tao Yuanming and Taoist Lu with his own cloud tea in Tolin Temple, and "tea and poetry, narrated the scriptures", which left a much-told story of "San Xiao in the west of the lake". In the 10th year of Yuanhe (AD 8 15), Bai Juyi, a great poet, was banished to Jiangzhou and once lived in seclusion in Xiangfengjian Caotang on Lushan North Road.

He takes "medicine garden and tea garden as his profession" and even takes tea as his wine: "Without wine, this pot is incomparable". He drinks tea and sings poems all day long to relieve his worries and amuse himself. After Lu Yu, a tea expert in the Tang Dynasty, named Kangwang Valley of Hanyang Peak in Lushan Mountain as "the first spring in the world" and Zhao Yinquan of Guanyin Bridge as "the sixth spring in the world", Lushan Yunwu tea added a unique charm. Since then, the three generations of Song, Ming and Qing dynasties have been named after "Gongcha" and presented to the court.

With generations of working people retaining and developing the traditional methods of planting and making Wuyun tea, new scientific cultivation techniques are becoming more and more mature, and the quality of tea making is constantly improving. Lushan Wuyun tea was made into "magnificent strip, lush, clear and bright soup with uniform leaf color" after picking, deactivating enzymes, shaking, kneading, frying, sorting, kneading, picking, removing impurities, drying, spreading and packaging.

The fragrance is fresh and lasting, and the taste is mellow and sweet. Wuyun tea contains more tannic acid, aromatic oil and vitamins. If a pot cup made of ceramics is poured into boiling water to make tea, the tea will be mellow and lasting in color and taste. Drinking a few cups will not only make the tea fragrant, quench your thirst and detoxify, but also make people feel comfortable and refreshed. Really reluctant, really unforgettable.

1959 Zhu * visited Lushan Botanical Garden, and the staff brought him a bowl of cloud tea to taste. After Zhu drank it, he enjoyed it very much and improvised a poem "Lushan Yunwu Tea". Shi Yun: Lushan Wuyun tea is rich in flavor and spicy. Long-term drinking can prolong life.
