Dayang motorcycle is a large-scale specialized motorcycle manufacturer produced by Luoyang North Yichu Motorcycle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yi Bei Company) and jointly operated by China Ordnance Equipment Group Luoyang North Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. and Thailand Zheng Da Group Yichu Investment Co., Ltd., and it is also one of the largest Sino-foreign joint ventures in Henan Province. Yi Bei Company started business in March of 1992, and mass-produced that month, so the first generation of Dayang motorcycles should have been produced in March of 1992.
