Weather in Cai Yun: Weather in Cai Yun is an application of minute-level weather forecast through radar data mining and image processing technology of the Central Meteorological Observatory, which can predict minute-level rainfall and support Android, iPhone and iPad. The software can forecast the precipitation intensity (rainfall and snowfall) per minute and the precipitation probability per half hour in the next two hours, covering China (including Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Diaoyu Island and Nansha Islands), South Korea, North Korea, the United States, Japan and southern Europe.
