Wen Tao Ang started broadcasting in 2003. Tao first talked about his earliest program Wen Taoang. This is the first legal commentary program with story-telling style. Some people called Tao Wei "Bao Qingtian" for this reason, while Tao laughed and said that he was not "Bao Qingtian" but "Dou E's unjust case", because the legal procedure would not go wrong. Nevertheless, Tao does not think that Ang's column positioning is a legal program, but plays a role in popularizing the law behind the legendary story.

The formation of storytelling style originated from the program of Zhang Ziqiang's kidnapping case. The author wrote a vivid and rich manuscript, which was widely welcomed by the audience after being used by pottery. However, the second program tried this style again, and it didn't have much impact when choosing the water margin style. Wendu Tao believes that accidental attempts can often get unexpected results, while deliberate management is often difficult to achieve. It was not until some time later that I finally decided to do the program by telling stories.

On the other hand, Wendu Tao thinks he is not talking about storytelling. This folk oral art form, which originated in the Song Dynasty, has a profound historical connotation after a long period of development. Tao said that he was just talking and telling stories, but the unique artistic connotation of storytelling could not be learned.
