What is the real karma?
Buddhism means that karma is an evil that hinders practice, and karma is man-made. There are three kinds in Buddhist scriptures, namely, body, language and mind. Do not kill, steal, lust, lie, and do good deeds; Killing thieves and prostitutes is a bad karma; No good and no evil is called no karma, which is constantly built in an instant and never stops building. Karma hinders our spirituality. In the words of Buddhism, it hinders our wisdom and moral ability.

People with extremely heavy karma are often sick all over the body, almost from head to toe. If so, it is caused by too much karma in the past. When the karma is heavy, it is often dizzy, smooth sailing and lifeless, and the heart is easy to disperse and it is difficult to concentrate. After studying Buddhism, people with heavy karma are not easy to calm down, and they are often too excited to control themselves.

Master Xingyun said: It is best to eliminate karma and do merit. Merit is happiness, and merit is to make our life not bitter. You can also compare it. Whether you have merit or not depends on whether you have bitterness. Don't think that if you do something good, it is merit. I'm telling you, you can't fix it. So you are not so happy, because your life is unbalanced, you are still suffering, and what you do is not called merit. When your life is balanced, karma is eliminated, you are happy, you are healthy, your family is harmonious, your family is happy, and you are happy every day, that is balance. But this is just a balance, not an advantage. We must persist in doing it and live it day by day. Repentance, chanting, wishing and releasing, we do these things. If we practice every day, our merits will grow and our life will be great. If you live big, there will be great blessings, and if you live big, there will be great happiness.
