It is named after the town government resident crossing (the name of a village, including Dadaokou and Liudaokou). Shuanglong used to be formed by the merger of Shuangxi Township and Longshan Township. In Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Dadu Lake, Xiaodu Lake and Linggen Chensan Village in Nanxiang, Ninghai County. 17 years (1928), belonging to five towns: Babao, Song Xing, Pingshan, Jinqiao and Baiyan. In 24 years, Babao and Songxing Township were merged into Longshan Township, and Pingshan, Jinqiao and Baiyan Township were merged into Shuangxi Township. Sanmen County was established in the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), and it is still called Shuangxi Township and Longshan Township. In 36 years, Shuangxi and Longshan merged into Shuanglong Township. At the beginning of liberation, 1949 still belonged to Shuanglong Township. 1August, 950, Shuanglong, Dongping, Qiaotou and Xindu townships. 1February, 956, Dongping Township was abolished and merged into Qiaotou Township; Cancel Xindu Township and merge into Shuanglong Township. 1958 Winter, Shuanglong and Qiaotou were rebuilt. Qiaotou People's Commune was established in 196 1, and Shuanglong People's Commune was established in 1962. 198 1 due to the same name, Shuanglong township was renamed the cross people's commune. 1983, the political society is divided into two towns: Cross and Qiaotou. In June 1987, 10, Crosstown was transformed into a town. 1May, 1992, the district was withdrawn, the town was expanded and merged, Qiaotou Township was abolished, and the administrative division was merged into Crosstown. The town government is stationed in Daduhu Village.

It has jurisdiction over 22 administrative villages: Daduhua Tieqiang Baixi Nanhao Shichang's depression, deep soil and ocean, Xiaoduhuling's root, Chen Shangfang's express depression, and a good look at the Lin Jinnan Changlin along the bridge head of the lower ocean.
