Is there a Qiao Zhuang in Chu State?
Zhuang (Ji m: o) (? -256 BC), one is Zhuang Hao, Qiao Zhuang, Qi Zu, the leader of the anti-Chu uprising in the Warring States period, a general of Chu, and a descendant of Chu Zhuangwang. There are two major events in his life, one is anti-Chu, and the other is entering Yunnan. During the reign of Xiang Qing, the monarch of Chu State (both Biography of Southwest Yi and Biography of Southwest Yi and Yue Dynasty were mistaken as historical records), Zhuang Ti, a general, was sent to lead troops along the river to seize the west of Ba County and Qianzhong County. Zhuangtiao went all the way to Dianchi Lake (now Kunming City, Yunnan Province), 300 miles away from Fiona Fang of Dianchi Lake. The flat land next to it is rich and fertile, and Fiona Fang has thousands of miles. Zhuang Tiao pacified it with the strength of the army and made it belong to the State of Chu.

In the twenty-second year of King Xiang of Chu (277 BC), Zhuang Tiao planned to report back to Chu, which coincided with the capture of Wu County and Qianzhong County of Chu by Qin State, and the road was cut off, so he stayed in Dianchi Lake. Therefore, Zhuang Ti became king in Yunnan by relying on his own army, and established Yunnan state power, with Jincheng Town in Jinning District of Kunming as its capital. Zhuang Tiao changed his clothes, obeyed local customs and became the ruler of Yunnan people.
