The historical evolution of xinmin city;
The name of xinmin city originated from Xinmin Village in the early Qing Dynasty (later Jin Dynasty). In the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), Xinmin House was abandoned and Xinmin County was established, belonging to Liaoshen Road in Fengtian. In the 18th year of the Republic of China (1929), Fengtian was renamed as Liaoning Province, and Xinmin belonged to Liaoning Province.
In the 20th year of the Republic of China (193 1), after the "September 18th Incident", Japanese imperialism occupied Northeast China, and Xinmin was a puppet of Fengtian. In the 34th year of the Republic of China (1945), after the victory of "September 3rd", Xinmin belonged to Liaoning Province.
1948101October 29th Xinmin was liberated, and Xinmin county was subordinate to northern Liaoning province. 1in April, 949, northern and western Liaoning provinces merged into western Liaoning province, and Xinmin county was changed to western Liaoning province. 1In August, 954, western Liaoning and eastern Liaoning provinces merged into Liaoning Province, and Xinmin County was subordinate to Liaoning Province.
