Brief history of Fushun power plant development
Fushun Power Plant has experienced many vicissitudes and created many glories since its establishment more than 100 years ago. Before the founding of the People's Republic of China, as the main tool for Japanese rulers to plunder China's resources, it was expanded several times and became the largest thermal power plant in Asia. After the founding of New China, as the key construction project of the first five-year plan of New China, it quickly resumed reconstruction and expansion, and installed and put into production the first 50 MW unit in China. From 65438 to 0959, the total installed capacity of the whole plant reached 288.5MW, making it the largest thermal power plant in China. In 1980s and 1990s, Fushun Power Plant actively developed urban central heating by virtue of its geographical advantages. In 2002 and 1996, the first and second phases of the project were completed one after another, and two 200MW heating units were expanded. In 2002, the state implemented the reform of the power system and placed it under China Power Investment Corporation. In 2006, the expansion project of 2×300MW heating unit started; The following year, China Power Investment Fushun Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was established. In 2008, relying on avoiding the risk of geological disasters, the company started a new thermal power project, planned to build a 2×350MW cogeneration unit in different places, and started the preliminary work of the new thermal power project. On August 20 1 1 year, two 200MW heating units of the company were all shut down due to geological disasters.
