The development of history
Lucheng originally belonged to Yongjia County. According to legend, in the first year of Taining in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (323), Yongjia County built white deer and royal flowers, hence the name. (2) The former Dongyu Village in Suburb Township and Dongyu Neighborhood Committee in Xiaonan Street were placed under the jurisdiction of Nanjiao Township. Some administrative areas of Nanjiao Township (Nantang, Lighthouse and Shenlong Village) were changed to Lucheng District Government. After adjustment, Nanjiao Township governs 5 villages and 2 residences, and is located at No.27-1Niu Shan North Road (the original site).
