Bisotto was a member of AC Milan youth team when he was young, but when he entered the first team, the team coach thought that he had no development potential and was forced to leave. In the following years, Bisotto constantly proved the mistakes of AC Milan.

1995 Pessoto came to the current Juventus team. He usually appears in the position of full-back and has always been the absolute main force in Juve. With the growth of age, Pessoto gradually faded out of the main lineup in the past two seasons. When Ferrara retired at the end of the 2004/05 season, Pesoto became the oldest player in the team. Juventus regarded him as the team's wealth and renewed his contract for one year. He also warned the new players: "To understand the significance of representing Juventus, we should integrate into the team as soon as possible."

Despite his short stature, Pesoto's accurate judgment and speed on the wing made him a top defender in Italy. Bisotto made his debut in Serie A on1September 4th, 994. His Turin team lost 2-0 to Inter Milan. He first played for the national team as early as1October 9, when Italy beat Georgia 0-0. By July 2005, Bisotto had played 22 matches for Italy.
