Tucheng Ancient Town, located in Xishui County, Zunyi, Guizhou Province, is an ancient town prospered by shipping and is famous for crossing the Chishui River in Sidu. Tucheng Town has convenient land and water transportation and has been a battleground for military strategists since ancient times. The four major military facilities in Ming Dynasty, Jiulong Tun, Qibao Tun, Jinzitun and Tianci Tun, as well as the Horse Department in Ming Dynasty, are all historical proofs.
After Germany occupied Jiaoao, it named its occupied area "Qingdao" and named it after this island. This isolated island in the sea was called "ackner Island" by the Germans and was stationed by the army. After Japan occupied Qingdao, it was called "Kato Island", and local residents used to call it "Little Qingdao".

In the early 1940s, a "breakwater" was built in the east to connect with the land. Later, some people regarded it as a piano, also called Qindao. 1898, after Germany leased JIAOZHOU, it built a lighthouse on the island.
After liberation, the island has been used by the speedboat detachment of China Navy, and a lighthouse has been built on a large scale. At present, the tower is 15.5 meters high, and its body is white and octagonal, which is an important symbol for domestic and foreign ships to enter and leave Jiaozhou Bay.
Whenever night falls, the red light on the tower and the light on the trestle bridge float on the blue waves, forming a wonderful picture. Therefore, "Qinyu Floating Lantern" is known as one of the top ten landscapes in Qingdao and is regarded as one of the symbols of Qingdao.
