Hu Chuanhuai, an expert in literature and history: salvage Suining's memory and stick to the spiritual home.

Suining Daily reporter Yang Jun

Success is not a gift from God, but a flower at the end of a long and bumpy road. Only by passing all the tests on this road can you hold it in your own hands. Success is a medal, which is only awarded to those who have really paid great labor and sweat. Hu Chuanhuai, a famous expert in literature and history, is undoubtedly a well-deserved person for this award.

Wang Guowei said in "Words on Earth": The great cause of ancient and modern times and the questioner of the university must pass through three realms: "Last night, the west wind withered the green trees, and I went to the tall building alone to look at the horizon." So is this first place. "The belt is getting wider and wider, and I don't regret it. I am thin for Iraq. " So is this second environment. "Looking for him in the crowd, I suddenly turned around and the man was there, dimly lit." So is this third place. It is extremely difficult for Mr. Hu Chuanhuai to embark on the road of Bashu culture research, and he has also gone through these three realms.

1. Last night, the west wind withered the green trees, and I went up the tall building alone and looked at the horizon.

Hu Chuanhuai, 1964, was born on August 27th in Hujiagou, Santaiguan, Baiheng Village, Wenjing Town, Pengxi County, Sichuan Province. Huaiyang, a famous historical and cultural city in Henan Province, was the fief of Hu Gongman, the first monarch of Chen State in the Western Zhou Dynasty, and the birthplace and blood source of Hu surname, so it was named "Chuanhuai" to show that the traditional root of Hu surname was in Huaiyang.

When I was in primary school, it was the Cultural Revolution. He often listens to the old peasants and asks them for written records of the village's history and social situation. "There is no written record, it is all brain memory and passed down orally." Hu Chuanhuai thinks that when I can read in the future, I must write down what the peasants said.

When I was in middle school, after reading history books, there was always a postscript of "local textbooks compiled by local governments". Hu Chuanhuai asked the teacher, "Do we have our own local textbooks?" The teacher said, "We don't have it here yet." Hu Chuanhuai secretly vowed that he must write local textbooks for his hometown in the future!

During his college years, he had a special liking for China's classical literature, and devoted himself to the study of poems and novels of past dynasties, preparing to engage in the study of China's ancient literature after graduation.

When you have a goal in life, you have spiritual sustenance. However, how to determine your own research direction? Mr. Long Hui, a professor of Chinese Department of Sichuan Education College and a famous researcher of Chinese studies, told him: "Sichuan scholars should focus on local history and culture, just like native products, which have their own characteristics." He also pointed out: "To study Qing poetry, we must first choose a region, a small group, a family or just a person, read it carefully, and don't be confused by the comments in the Chronicle of Qing Poetry, so as to get the truth of Qing poetry."

These words made Hu Chuanhuai suddenly enlightened. He thinks that many foreign scholars attach importance to Bashu culture, but he was born and raised in Sri Lanka. How can he turn a blind eye? Therefore, Hu Chuanhuai focused his research on the literature of Ming and Qing Dynasties. In view of Bashu culture, he finally focused his research on Wang Zhuo, a scholar of Song Dynasty in Suining, his hometown, Huang E, a female essayist in Ming Dynasty, and Zhang Wentao, a famous poet in Qing Dynasty.

Second, the belt will gradually widen, and there will be no regrets, which will make people haggard for Iraq.

For his ideal, Hu Chuanhuai embarked on a bumpy road.

From 65438 to 0993, Hu Chuanhuai was transferred from the post of Chinese teacher in high school to Pengxi CPPCC to study literature and history, and began to read widely, compiling a series of local literature and history materials for Pengxi with a pen. Due to his full commitment, the quality of Pengxi literature and history materials he collects every year is very high, which makes Pengxi CPPCC's literature and history work in the forefront of Suining City and has a great influence on the literature and history circles in Sichuan Province.

That year, he just turned 29.

Hu Chuanhuai likes reading and buying books. "The hustle and bustle is full of eyes, and the book market has been lingering for a long time." Not rich, he gave up a lot of personal entertainment and enjoyment and spent all the money he saved on books. It has never stopped for decades. Today, his thousands of books is a local document in central Sichuan. A friend described his humble room as "like a brick fortress, enough to tear down the adjacent wall."

In addition to buying books, Hu Chuanhuai has another hobby: copying books. Because it is mainly engaged in the collation and research of Qing poetry, Bashu culture and rural documents, many local documents and materials are carved in Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, which are precious cultural relics and cannot be purchased. The preserver is afraid of affecting the paper of ancient books, and does not agree to copy, so he can only copy by hand. According to incomplete statistics, in recent ten years, Hu Chuanhuai has copied more than two million ancient books 10. Hu Chuanhuai copied more than 100 notebooks and wrote more than 10 broken pens. "In order to copy books, I forget myself day and night. If you are dizzy, wash your face with cold water and copy it after waking up. "

"I don't regret that my belt is getting wider and thinner for Iraq." Hu Chuanhuai's obsession and dedication made him a member of the Standing Committee of Pengxi CPPCC, director of the Literature and History Learning Committee, executive vice president of Pengshan Poetry Society, academic consultant of Zhangchuanshan Research Association and director of Sichuan Couplet Society. It was named as the fourth batch of top-notch talents in Pengxi County by the CPC Pengxi County Committee and the county government.

Hu Chuanhuai, who has a clear goal and a firm will, never plays mahjong or goes to a ballroom. No matter holidays, he devoted all his energy to reading, research and writing. He said: "A person's time and energy are limited. Loneliness is the best freedom, and loneliness is the truest happiness. "

Third, the crowd searched for him for thousands of Baidu, and suddenly looking back, the man was there, and the lights were dim.

Zhang Wentao was a great poet and painter in Ganjia period of Qing Dynasty, and his family was studied by Hu Chuanhuai the most.

Zhang Wentao (1764- 18 14), named nakano, was named Chuanshan, a Qianlong Jinshi, and was the official magistrate in Laizhou, Shandong. His ancestral home is Hanlin Village, Lianghekou, Heibaigou, jinqiao town, Pengxi County, Sichuan Province, and he is the author of Poems of Chuanshan. Due to the interference of political factors in the past, the exposition of Zhang Chuanshan in some literary history is vague or neglected, which has become a major regret in the study of Zhang Wentao.

From 65438 to 0988, Hu Chuanhuai began to collect information about Zhang Wentao when he was a college student in Chengdu. On holidays, he reads materials in the Sichuan Provincial Library and often sits for a whole day. At noon, he only used steamed bread and boiled water to satisfy his hunger. Out of the library, it is often night arrival and the lights are dim. It is this indomitable and persistent spirit that enabled him to transcribe 26 volumes of Chuanshan Poetry with about 500,000 words in just a few months.

From 65438 to 0998, in order to compile the Chronicle of Zhang Wentao, Hu Chuanhuai went to the hometown of Chuanshan, Lianghekou, jinqiao town at his own expense to look for archaeological remains. Seek historical sites and check genealogy; Fusang led Tongyuan over mountains and mountains, and inspected Yuepingshan tombs and Zhangjia tombs in Tangjiawan, Lianghekou. He had a discussion with Zhang's descendants Zhang and others, and recorded some precious historical materials about Zhang's family.

Hu Chuanhuai has been immersed in all kinds of ancient books for many years, trying to figure out textual research, carefully combing the history of ancient literature, bibliography, painting, calligraphy, Buddhism and Taoism, and repeatedly studying Zhang Wentao's original works, making his knowledge concise and mature.

"The blade comes from sharpening, and the plum blossom is bitter and cold." From June 5438 to October 2000 10, Hu Chuanhuai's Chronicle of Zhang Wentao was published by Bashu Bookstore, and won the first prize of the seventh prize for outstanding scientific research achievements in Suining City, the tenth prize for outstanding achievements in Sichuan Province, and the fourth prize and the second prize for outstanding works of China Modern Historical Materials Society. This book was first printed and received rave reviews. Subsequently, Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences selected the book as "Bashu Culture Research Series" and revised and reprinted it as a major scientific research project of Sichuan Bashu Culture Research Center. From June to 10, 2005, Zhang Wentao Chronicle (revised edition) was published by Sichuan Publishing Group Bashu Bookstore.

"The grass-colored people are idle, and fame and fortune have nothing to do." In the long and dull years, Hu Chuanhuai wandered through all kinds of ancient knowledge systems with the spirit of assiduous study that a scholar should have. With his accumulated rich knowledge, he overcame one problem after another and reached the temple of these knowledge. At the same time, he finally stood on a high academic platform and created extraordinary academic achievements in his ordinary life.

In recent ten years, Hu Chuanhuai has accumulated a lot of money and published Wang Zhuoji's School Collection, English Tales Collection, Proceedings of Zhang Chuanshan's National Academic Seminar, Zhang Peng Ao's Poetry Collection, Zhang Wentao Research Collection, Notes on Chuanshan's Poems and Grass, Notes on Embers and Research on Zhang Peng 'ao. In Journal of Dream of Red Mansions, Journal of China Rhyme, Sinology, Shu Studies, Ba-Shu Literature, Journal of Suzhou University, Journal of Liaocheng University, Journal of xihua university, Journal of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College, Journal of Literature and History, Rooting, Imperial Examination Series and Genealogy. His works, papers, poems, etc. More than 8 million words have been compiled. His works have won many awards for outstanding scientific research achievements in philosophy and social sciences in provinces and cities, and his monographs have been distributed to Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan Province, Hong Kong and Macao, which has had a great influence.

Commenting on Wang Zhuoji's collating series, Mr. Wang, a master of Chinese studies, said, "My Shu-song culture is beautiful and fascinating, and it is also a masterpiece of Shu-song culture."

Dr. Ikezawa, a hippopotamus chef at the Institute of China Studies at Keio University in Tokyo, wrote to Hu Chuanhuai, saying, "Such a good book (Wang Zhuoji's Collated Collection) must be of great reference value to cultural researchers in the Song Dynasty."

The National Chinese Core Journals Social Science Research and Tianfu New Theory, with the titles of The Story of the Stone, No Examination, No Reading, and New Achievements in Wang Zhuo Research-A Brief Comment, respectively, spoke highly of Wang Zhuoji's collation and praised the book as "a well-deserved precious cultural masterpiece and a new achievement in the study of Bashu culture. "

Liu Yangzhong, a researcher, doctoral supervisor and director of the research office of ancient literature in China Academy of Social Sciences, said: "Mr. Hu Chuanhuai's Chronicle of Zhang Wentao and his article Verifying that Gao E is not Zhang Chuanshan's brother-in-law have had great repercussions in the study of Qing poetry and red poetry. Of course, Mr. Hu Chuanhuai's academic achievements are mainly the product of his knowledge and talent. "

Professor Liao Kebin, doctoral supervisor of Chinese Department in Peking University, Professor Zhu Zejie, director of the editorial board of Quan Qing Poetry, doctoral supervisor, famous Qing poetry expert, Professor Luo Yingtaoxi of Yibin College in Sichuan, researcher Wu Shimin of China Institute of Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan, and other experts and scholars have written letters or articles, giving high praise and appreciation to Hu Chuanhuai's works. ...

Today, Hu Chuanhuai, whose works are fruitful, already knows his destiny. But he continued to explore in his spiritual home and cultivated silently in the garden of literature and history. He said: "If learning becomes an island in the flood, I would like to go by the last ark."

For Hu Chuanhuai, the value of life lies in continuous learning, exploration and creation, and he will make greater contributions to his hometown and society with his own labor.

For our time, we need countless scholars and experts who can be as down-to-earth and hard-working as Hu Chuanhuai to salvage a complete historical memory and preserve a beautiful spiritual world for us. It is precisely because of their silent cultivation that our excellent national culture with a long history can go through countless disasters and be passed down from generation to generation!
