Martyrs of Nujiang Bridge Soldiers from Southwest Military Region 18 Army, 54th Division, 2nd Battalion, 4th Company and 1st platoon. The Nujiang Bridge built at that time was 74 meters long and 2730 meters above sea level. It condenses the blood and sweat of the soldiers who built this bridge and is the main way for them to connect with life. When it was completed, our army sacrificed its soldiers. This history makes the Nujiang Bridge look more majestic and awe-inspiring in the roaring wind.

Therefore, for a long time, the Nujiang Bridge has been guarded by armed police officers and soldiers all the year round, and only one car can pass at a time. Nujiang Bridge is located in Liuku Town, Lushui County, Nujiang Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Construction started in June, 1988, and it was put into use in June, 199 1. The bridge is 678m long and15.8m wide. It is a single-box three-way prestressed reinforced concrete continuous bridge with variable cross-section across the Nujiang River, and the length of single-span empty span ranks first.
