I. Composition of the College

Overall, the university has 18 academic departments, including business administration, medicine and social sciences, and offers more than 200 degree courses. The main teaching language of Munich University is German. The campus in the center of the university is the base camp of social science and humanities, while the "high-tech campus" in the southeast of the city is the base camp of natural science and life science. In the last year, more than half of the students in the university were studying undergraduate courses. Students at Munich University usually don't pay tuition.
