First, folk sports games make children move.

Folk sports games are one of the important contents of children's health education. They come from life. They are not only extensive in content, diverse in forms and strong in local flavor, but also easy to learn and suitable for children's nature. They not only bring sports happiness to children, but also promote their healthy and harmonious development and cultivate their ability to cooperate with their peers.

Folk sports games are divided into equipment category and unarmed category in kindergarten curriculum. Develop children's balance, agility and strength by walking, climbing, jumping and throwing.
