The second phase of Xuzhou Metro Line 4 starts from Tolanshan Station in the northern section of Xuzhou Metro Line 4 and goes north to Xuli suburb. The railway transfer station is Liuwan Station.

Xuzhou, referred to as "Xu" for short, was called Pengcheng in ancient times. It is a prefecture-level city and sub-central city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province, and a national historical and cultural city approved by the State Council.
