The Red Army Martyrs Cemetery in Tashi, Weixin County was built in 1984, with a total area of 4.67 hectares and a total investment of more than 2.2 million yuan.

1988 was approved by the provincial government as one of the "provincial key martyrs memorial buildings protection units", 1995 was approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs as one of the "national patriotic education bases", and 1996 was approved by the State Council as one of the "national key martyrs memorial buildings protection units".
