Anhui Forklift Group Company, formerly known as Hefei Lifting and Transportation Machinery Factory, was founded in 1958. 197 1 year expansion was named Hefei heavy machinery factory. 1984 our factory uses the names of "Hefei heavy machinery factory" and "Hefei forklift factory" at the same time. 1March, 988, Hefei Forklift Factory was established. 1992 1 1 month, Anhui forklift group company was established.

1September, 1993, with the operating assets of Hefei Forklift Factory, the core enterprise, the joint-stock system was reorganized, and Anhui Heli Co., Ltd., a directional fundraising company, was exclusively initiated. 1September 1996, Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. publicly issued 30 million shares (including1715,000 shares) in Hefei, and officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from June 10.9. Through enterprise restructuring, Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. became a listed company.

Anhui Forklift Group Company takes the road of merger and union to develop economies of scale. 1996 10, took over Anqing axle factory; 1May, 997, Bengbu Hydraulic Machinery Factory merged; 1997 10 In June, Baoji Forklift Factory No.4 merged and changed its name to Baoji Heli Forklift Factory. The forklift group's merger with Baoji No.4 forklift factory is the first enterprise merger within China forklift company, and it is also the first cross-provincial merger of forklift group. After years of development, the merged three factories have become the steering axle, oil cylinder and northwest production base of Heli forklift. In 2007, Heli acquired some effective assets of Hengyang Liermei Co., Ltd. and is investing in the construction of Heli South (Hengyang) industrial vehicle production base.
