The history of Hailing Island
There is an island and such a beautiful village in Guangdong, which is warm in winter. Guliao Culture and Art Village, located in Hailing Island, Yangjiang, is a hidden paradise. In addition to the beach, you can also visit this literary village in Hailing Island. It is full of all kinds of small and fresh homestays and buildings, as well as all kinds of works of art, which is really refreshing!

Walking along the village road, the cobblestone mountain road stretches for hundreds of meters. On the roadside, there are dense trees and green bamboo, which makes people feel relaxed all year round. Further on, the grass in the center of the village is flat, surrounded by streams and flowers, and tourists feel the fresh air of the island village. From the air, the tile houses are distributed in the center of the village, scattered but not chaotic; Stream around the open space, like an emerald, embedded in the middle of the village, quiet and elegant.

Guliao Village is an ancient village with a long history. In the Rural Construction Art Museum, we will dig deep into the profound Hayes culture of Hailing Island and Guliao Village, integrate multi-cultural arts, help rural revitalization and global tourism development, improve the popularity and reputation of Hailing Island and Yangjiang City, and make Guliao Village a shining business card for Hailing Island tourism.

Modern elements are injected into traditional features, and the collision between tradition and modernity makes ancient villages full of vitality.

Guliao Village is an ancient fishing village in the Southern Song Dynasty, with a history dating back to 800 years ago. Guliao Village is surrounded by mountains on three sides and faces the sea on one side, only 1 km away from Guangdong Maritime Silk Road Museum. Its unique geographical location has brought new development opportunities to ancient villages. In the summer of 20 16, Xiang Xian of Guliao Village hired a design team, and planned to redesign it on the basis of retaining the characteristics of the old house, adding elements of fisherman's culture and aesthetics of life, striving to build a boutique homestay community and inject vitality into Hailing Island tourism.

Tourists come here, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and feel the tranquility of the ancient island village.

At present, there are 9 old houses with more than 20 rooms after renovation. Each house has its own characteristics-the bamboo fence in front separates a vegetable field. After years of wind and rain erosion, the mottled exterior wall has formed a unique texture and cannot be copied. Pushing open the fence and entering the yard, the carved wooden doors are beautifully patterned, each window has its own characteristics, the ground is covered with retro floor tiles, and the historical relics of Yangjiang are placed indoors ... A heavy sense of history is coming.

The first thing I saw when I walked into the Guliao Art Museum was the installation work "Riding the Wind and Waves" by the students of the Academy of Fine Arts. According to the staff, the materials of these two works are all from various articles drifting at sea, such as cans and plastic bottles. , and various items collected. What this work wants to express is that I hope everyone will love our ocean and nature!

There are not only artworks on display in the art museum, but also old photos, which show the old appearance of Guliao Village. In addition, there are various forms of painting, calligraphy and exhibitions of old objects in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.

Traditional lacquerware, quaint old things and exquisite handicrafts shine in the art fair, where literary lovers feel the poetry of "facing the sea and blooming in spring". Many local people and foreign tourists regard Guliao Village as a place where Hailing "punched in", lingering here and feeling its unique charm.

Many old objects collected are porcelains from the Ming and Qing Dynasties.

There is also a Gu Quan winery in Guliao Village, which aroused my interest. I visited the winery and learned that the farmers and couples in Guliao Village brewed mellow and sweet rice wine from a thousand-year-old well and became experts in starting a business and getting rich: Guliao Village is a beautiful small mountain village with a thousand-year-old well and spring water flowing all the year round.

Mr. and Mrs. Feng in the village brewed the famous Luzhou-flavor grain wine with this mountain spring water and various grains. At present, there are pure grain wine, barnyard grass wine, black bean wine, Amomum villosum wine, wild bee wine, ant wine, Rosa laevigata wine, Beiqi wine, Huangpi wine, chicken wine and Cistanche deserticola wine in Gu Quan.

Mr. and Mrs. Feng, relying on their hard-working hands, brewed pure grain liquor and a series of animal and plant health wines in their hometown by virtue of the core technical formula of a century-old factory in Maotai Town, Guizhou, the wine capital of China, and the brand series of Jiuzhou Jiuhe Liquor of the International Liquor Federation. Don't be thirsty, don't touch "conscience wine" on your head, and build your own brand "Guliao Spring".
