The history of kitten sesame oil in Daming mansion
The first one was opened by Yang Diankui, a Muslim from Nanguan, who switched from Qin to making sesame oil. At that time, he invited an oil extractor from Dongchangfu, Shandong Province. The partnership opened a small sesame oil workshop in Neixi Street (opposite the intersection of Shi Yang Street) in Daming City. This man is good at doing business. In addition to selling sesame oil door to door every day, he also sends oil to the board shop and steamed bun shop on credit every day, sets up account books for each shop and settles accounts regularly. In this way, the small sesame oil gradually spread in Daming. Especially the Hui people, most of them are seasoned with sesame oil. The amount of oil sold is from less to more. You can sell six barrels of sesame oil (24 kilograms per barrel) every day.

Yang Diankui's family made money by running a small sesame oil mill, and the oil mill technician had to resign and go home after three years. When he left, Yang Diankui saw him off with a gift tray fee. The oil grinder was moved. On the way, the technician told him the secret of grinding oil. There are only two sentences, that is, "steamed sesame seeds are stirred oil", that is, after frying sesame seeds, they should be hung up with wood to cool, and the colder the sesame seeds, the more fragrant they will be. Stir the oil until it is cooked, and the more cooked it is, the more oil will be produced. After Yang Diankui came back, he mastered the technology and independently operated Xiaomao sesame oil mill. The more he works, the richer he becomes. It was not until the fourteenth year of the Republic of China (about 1925) that other refiners appeared, but the sales of oil were far less than that of Yang Diankui's family.
