A brief introduction to Dumas
Alexandre dumasfils (1July 24th, 802-1February 5th, 870), also known as Dumas,19th century French romantic writer. Dumas works amount to 300 volumes, mainly novels and plays. Representative works include: Henry III and His Court (script), The Count of Monte Cristo (novel), three musketeers (novel) and so on.

Dumas abides by Republican political views and opposes autocratic monarchy. He took part in the "July Revolution" in 1830, the revolution that overthrew the July dynasty in 1848, and garibaldi's campaign against the kingdom of Naples. In 2002, after Dumas 132 died, his body was moved to the Pantheon in France.
