I want to know the origin of Shennongjia.
Shennongjia is located at the junction of Sichuan and Hubei between the Yangtze River and Hanshui River. 1970 established administrative divisions, covering an area of about 3,253 square kilometers, of which the forest coverage rate reached 67%. This area is inhabited by Han, Tujia, Hui and other nationalities, with a population of about 79,000.

In addition, Shennongjia also has a very grand title-the roof of Central China. This is because Shennongjia's highest peak-Shennongding is as high as 3 105.4 meters above sea level, which is the highest peak in Central China, so it has this title.

Shennongjia originally only refers to a mountain peak, which is the size of Shennongjia today. Now it refers to the whole Shennongjia forest area.

Shennongjia has a very long history. As early as the Paleolithic Age, primitive humans began to live here. According to legend, Emperor Yan Shennongjia once led many people here to collect herbs and teach people to farm, so it was called Shennongjia. Shennongjia is also one of the cradles of Bachu culture. In 1980s, a folk song "Dark Legend" was discovered in Shennongjia, which mainly explained the origin of the universe and human society and narrated the ancient history of China. Its characteristics are similar to mythical epics, which has attracted the attention of academic circles and filled the gap that long mythical epics have not been found in the Central Plains.

Everyone knows that Shennongjia is a virgin forest, which contains many kinds of birds, animals, insects and fish, many of which are on the verge of extinction, but species that cannot be seen elsewhere can still be seen in Shennongjia. Why? It turns out that Shennongjia, by virtue of its geographical location and the superiority of natural environment, acted as a refuge in the biological world during the third and fourth ice ages, and well preserved the unique features of the virgin forest, including the golden monkey, leopard, South China tiger and other extremely rare animals. Therefore, Shennongjia was accepted as a member of Man and Biosphere Program by UNESCO on 1990.

Shennongjia is also a large natural medicine storehouse, with more than 2,000 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials, including musk, bear gall, golden hairpin and other precious medicinal materials, as well as a pearl on the head, a pen by Wang Wen and a bowl of water by the river. More than 60 of them have anti-cancer effects.

Now Shennongjia is rich in natural resources and tourism resources. On the basis of being a tourist attraction, it has also carried out popular tourism activities such as forest bathing, cycling, rock climbing, rafting and freshwater fishing.

Shennongjia is the core part of Shennongtan Scenic Area, and it is a place to honor the descendants of the Yellow Emperor, remember their ancestors and worship the gods. The statue of Shennong in the altar is as high as 2 1 meter, which is tall, majestic and solemn. It stands in the mountains with the earth as the body and looks up at the sky. Emperor Yan's eyes were slightly open, as if he knew everything in the world. The two horns on the head are designed according to the legendary "cow head". The lawn in the middle and the steps on both sides are also arranged according to the pattern of the palace in the past. In the middle is the son of heaven walking, and on the left and right is the minister passage. Because 9 was considered as the largest number in ancient times, the steps on both sides were multiples of 9. At the bottom of the steps is an altar, on which are placed utensils such as Kowloon Bambusa, incense burners, bells and drums. Every Chinese descendant can worship his ancestors here.

Shennongjia, the emperor Yan Di, initiated the Niu Geng, collecting herbs to save people and shine for a long time. Shennongjia not only got this name for tasting herbs and collecting herbs, but also made great contributions to the prosperity, sustainable development and progress of later generations.

After leaving Shennongtan, we will go to Shennongding Scenic Area, the highest point in Shennongjia. Shennongding Scenic Area is located in the west of Shennongjia. Today, we mainly visit scenic cliffs and slates. Please look at the left side of the window (there is a gesture when explaining, so your right hand points to your right side, because you are facing the tourists). This is Shennongding, the highest peak in central China, known as the "roof of central China", with an altitude of 3 105.4 meters. After Shennongding, now we are in the scenic spot, formerly known as Badong Cliff, which is known as "the first place in Shennong" with an altitude of 2,800 meters. Banqiao Valley under the scenic spot is as deep as thousands of feet, and it is graceful, and the surrounding rock walls are cut. Firs are everywhere, such as autumn and Qin, which are more colorful and fascinating, bringing together the scenery of this scenic mountain. It takes about 20 minutes to drive from Jingshengya to Banbiyan, which attracts tourists' attention because of the wild people and the wonderful stone forest. Now, let's get off and walk among the stone forests and trees. If we are lucky, we can even see savages. Arrows are everywhere on the slate, which is impenetrable. Barbarians often haunt this area. Traces, hairs, footprints and nests made of arrowheads of savages have been found many times in the bamboo forest of Arrowhead. Savage hair is superior to higher primates in surface and cell structure. The savage's footprint is about 25 cm long and the stride is about 2.7 meters. As you can imagine, the savage is very tall. The most amazing thing is the savage's lair, which twists 20 arrows. People lying on it have a wide field of vision and are as comfortable as armchairs. Prove that this was not done by hunters, let alone by apes and bears. Its makers and users are, of course, strange animals between humans and higher primates.
