Registration supervision and inspection: standardization analysis of supervision log
The supervision log is one of the most important raw materials for the supervision unit to supervise the project construction. It records the performance of the supervisor and the basic situation of the construction activities. It plays an important role in recording project quality, progress and investment control, and is one of the important files of supervision work. However, due to the lack of detailed regulations on how to record supervision logs, the supervision logs filled out by various supervision units are different at present, and the supervision logs filled out by different supervision engineers are also uneven. So, what should be recorded in the supervision log? How to remember? In order to give full play to the due role of the supervision log?

First, the status quo of supervision log

According to my experience in different supervision units and different project supervision, especially recently, I had the opportunity to contact some on-site supervision engineers and read their supervision logs, and found that the following problems generally exist in supervision logs:

1. Supervision loggers are not uniform. Some supervision companies have only one supervision log for a project, which is recorded by the on-site supervision engineer and regularly reviewed by the chief supervision engineer. Some supervision companies have multiple supervision logs for a project, and everyone has a record. Some supervision companies have one for each major according to different majors, and professional supervision engineers keep records.

2. The contents of the supervision log are not perfect and the key points are not prominent. In some supervision projects, there are imperfect records in the supervision log. If some instruments record weather, temperature, general situation of daily construction and accidents, others only record existing problems, and regard the supervision log as an accident memorandum; Others record the supervision log as a running account.

3. The quality of supervision log records is not high. In supervision projects, some supervision loggers are not serious, and the records are too simple to accurately express the meaning to be recorded. For example, some logs say "Nothing happened today", 12t steel bar was added today, 100t cement was added today, and concrete was added today. Similar supervision log recording methods can't play the role of archives. Because writing "nothing happened today" in the log means that there are no quality, safety, progress and other problems, and in the construction site, as long as the supervision engineer works on the site, there will inevitably be situations that need to be recorded: the records of "rebar 12t" and "cement 100t" are not clear, and the manufacturers of rebar entering the site are not listed in the log. Similarly, the manufacturer, label and stability of cement are not recorded. In the record of concrete beating today, the word "beating" is a colloquial word, which is not standardized, but the label and location of concrete scratches are not recorded.

The above situation brings inconvenience to the retrospective search and echo of future data. Some overly complicated records make the subject unclear or make the data duplicate, thus increasing the workload of the on-site supervisors.

Second, the analysis of the main reasons for the nonstandard supervision log

I think the factors that lead to the irregularity of supervision log are as follows:

1. There are problems in the internal management of the supervision unit. The supervision work has not yet formed a scientific, standardized, institutionalized and programmed management mode, and the importance of "supervision log" is not well understood.

2. Some supervisors have low quality and poor writing skills, and the words recorded in the "Supervision Log" are not satisfactory.

3. A few supervision units failed to fulfill their supervision obligations and responsibilities seriously, the operation was not standardized, the supervisors were unstable, some supervisors were not in place, and the chief supervision engineer failed to review the supervision log in time. There are only a few supervision units at ordinary times. After receiving the task, they improvised the engineering supervision agency. The personnel they are equipped with do not meet the requirements, and the personnel have temporary ideas. When some engineering supervision projects are completed, no one can be found to participate in the supervision from beginning to end, which leads to the lack of continuity in the record of "supervision log".

4. The knowledge structure of some supervision unit personnel is unreasonable, only involving civil engineering and technical personnel. In the record of "Supervision Log", the parts related to water, electricity and equipment installation are not clearly stated.

5. Some supervisors go to work without training, and they don't know the supervision procedures and how to perform their supervision duties. They confuse supervision with general on-site technical management. What's more, they regard themselves as quality and safety inspectors of construction units and confuse "supervision log" with "construction log".

6. A few supervisors are not responsible and do not work seriously. Even if they visit the site, they don't check the construction situation carefully, and there is nothing to write in the "supervision log".

7. Due to the unreasonable work schedule, the "supervision log" of the day could not be filled in on the same day, and the "memoir" was written the next day or even later, and some contents to be recorded were forgotten.

Third, the method of supervision log recording and the contents that should be recorded

I think, as a supervision log, in order to shoulder the heavy responsibility of acting as a supervision historical file. The following points should be paid attention to in the recording method of supervision log:

1. All unrecorded major events, major construction activities and other technical data shall be recorded.

2. The supervision log must be continuously recorded every day, and the reasons for downtime, downtime and recovery time should be recorded.

3. According to the professional breakdown, each major shall establish a supervision log, which shall be filled in by the professional supervision engineer to record the problems related to the project in a true, accurate, comprehensive and brief way, and the words shall be professional, standardized and rigorous. It is not only conducive to finding information, but also conducive to the construction unit (owner) to better understand the service content and performance of supervision work, so as to better support supervision work.

Four, in the content arrangement of supervision log, we should improve and highlight the key points.

1. Date and weather (weather, wind, temperature, rainfall, etc. ). Supervision logs often only record time, ignoring the accuracy of meteorological records, which is directly related to the project quality, because construction activities such as concrete pouring, concrete curing, early strength and demolition intensity are closely related to temperature, wind power and rainfall, and heavy rain will affect the construction of deep foundation pit, so meteorological conditions must be recorded clearly and in detail.

2. Overview of the construction situation. Project progress, the distribution of construction personnel, job sites, image progress, rationalization proposals, etc. Should be recorded.

3. Construction and inspection of concealed works.

4. Engineering quality. Problems existing in construction quality and how to solve and rectify them (list of personnel handling various accidents). For the quality problems recorded in the supervision log, it is necessary to record the rectification, whether the rectification acceptance meets the requirements, and the personnel involved in the acceptance. For traceability, the cause and effect should be clearly recorded.

5. Various witness tests, parallel tests, document verification and sampling tests.

6. Production and testing of mortar and concrete test blocks.

7. Whether the problem of coordination that day has a result.

8. On-site materials and equipment entry and inspection (those that do not meet the requirements shall be clearly recorded).

9. On-site meeting minutes (brief).

10. A simple record of the general situation of the construction site.

1 1. View records. After the supervision log is written, the chief supervision engineer should check and recheck it in time, so as to better organize the supervision personnel to carry out supervision work.
