Abstract: In today's enterprise construction process, in order to ensure the efficiency of the project, we must do a good job in quality supervision of the construction project. Formulating a reasonable quality supervision treaty for construction projects, strengthening supervision and management, and putting the quality of projects in the first place ensure the safety of the building itself, and also embody the people-oriented idea. This paper discusses the lack of laws and regulations related to the quality of construction projects, the shallow attitude of quality supervision in construction enterprises and the great difference in the professional quality of supervisors. In view of this situation, some opinions and suggestions are put forward to improve the ability of project quality supervision, strengthen the supervision role of construction units and improve the comprehensive quality of managers. I also hope that the government can give full play to the role of macro-control and effectively eradicate the quality problems of construction projects.

With the rapid development of China's economy, the deepening of urbanization has been stimulated. As one of the signs of urbanization, the construction project has also brought some problems in quality supervision. In this regard, the state and the relevant departments of the construction industry began to study the quality of construction projects in depth. After a period of hard work, all parties tried their best to cooperate with each other and actively responded to the call of the state, so that some management modes of construction projects were optimized and some problems were satisfactorily solved, but these measures were far from enough for the increasing number of construction projects. Therefore, on the basis of paying attention to the quality supervision of construction projects, understanding and summarizing the problems existing in the construction process and summarizing a set of perfect management systems to ensure the construction quality and safety of construction projects also play a vital role in the healthy development of construction projects.

First, the problems existing in the quality supervision of construction projects

(A) the relevant laws and regulations are not sound enough

At present, the quality supervision ability of construction projects in China needs to be improved, because there is no complete system to restrain the quality problems in construction projects, and some laws and policies are too one-sided, and the supervision is obviously not enough to restrain a huge construction project. Therefore, in the construction project, if the construction party does not comply with the regulations and the construction quality is greatly reduced, there is no special and detailed punishment management regulation for this situation. In order to improve this bad environment, China should take corresponding measures according to the specific situation, improve the relevant laws of quality supervision of construction projects, and the government should strengthen the supervision of projects on a macro level. In order to meet the needs of construction projects, a formal, complete and binding regulation is imminent.

(B) Construction enterprises have a shallow attitude towards quality supervision.

One of the reasons for lax supervision and management of construction engineering quality is that the Commissioner in charge of supervision in enterprises is not active in quality supervision and lacks supervision consciousness. Such irresponsible working attitude has had a very bad influence on the quality of construction projects, and related work cannot be carried out. At the same time, the enterprise departments have also ignored this negative impact, and the whole project lacks relevant supervision measures, resulting in the supervision system being only a dispensable form, which makes the management of quality supervision of construction projects less and less, and cannot guarantee the efficiency of the project.

However, a considerable number of enterprises only focus on how to obtain higher economic profits, while ignoring the quality of construction projects, so that construction projects can not get corresponding protection measures, and many problems arising from this will be more difficult to solve in the future. It can be seen from the above aspects that it is imperative to improve the quality supervision system of construction projects, but there are many obstacles in the implementation process, which are scattered in various construction units or individuals. How to concentrate these factors and properly handle them is a major difficulty in quality supervision of construction projects.
