In the first year of the Republic of China (19 12), Zhenshan Primary School was merged into the county high school.
In the eighth year of the Republic of China (19 19), Youxi National Government decided to move the county-level senior high school from Shuinan Nanshan College to Wenchang Pavilion (Chongwen Square, Hexagonal Lane) and renamed it Chongwen Primary School.
In the 25th year of the Republic of China (1936), the civilian primary school was merged into Chongwen Primary School, moved to Mingluntang in Xuanhua Square, and renamed as Central Primary School in Central School District, and later renamed as Li Wenxiang Primary School in Youxi District 1.
In the spring of the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), Wen Xiang Primary School was moved to Zhongzhengbao Town Office (now Chengguan Kindergarten) and renamed Chengxi National Center Primary School.
In the 33rd year of the Republic of China (1944), in March, Chengguan Town Central Primary School in Youxi County moved to the former site of Friendship Middle School (county government dormitory), and in September, 2006, it was renamed Chengxi Town Central Ethnic School.
In 37 years (1948), Chengxi Town Center Ethnic School was renamed Youxi County Experimental Primary School.
1949 In September, Youxi Experimental Primary School was renamed Chengxi Primary School.
1953, private Shuming Primary School was merged into Chengxi Primary School, and its name was changed to Chengxi No.1 Primary School. The school is divided into two parts, one part is located in the former site of You No.1 Middle School, and the former Shuming Primary School is the second part.
1954, the school was restored to the primary school in the west of Ming Dynasty.
1957 September, Chengxi Primary School was renamed Youxi Experimental Primary School.
1959, Youxi county cultural and educational department decided to list Youxi experimental primary school as the county key primary school.
1March, 967, the school was renamed Youxi County Workers, Peasants and Soldiers Primary School.
1March, 978, the school was renamed Youxi Experimental Primary School.
1September 1979, the school was named as a provincial key primary school.
1999 1 month, the school won the title of model primary school in Fujian province.
In April of 20001,it was awarded the title of "Guidance-Self-study" educational experimental school in Fujian Province, which is a key discipline of basic education reform in Fujian Province and a key discipline of national education science in the Ninth Five-Year Plan.
In September, 2002, it was awarded the title of "New Curriculum and Learning Style Change" experimental school in the Tenth Five-Year Plan of National Education Science.
