The process of economic globalization should be a gradual process, not a radical process of globalization for the sake of globalization. For the socialist eastern countries in China, any national strategic decision can't ignore the reality that the ideology and values of the East and the West are opposite. It is dangerous for China to join the global economy too quickly. When conditions are ripe, a series of closed-door policies adopted by the west will cause us great losses and social instability. Overoptimistic promotion of globalization to the world will hurt China's development momentum in the long run and may not be good for China's international relations. China welcomes globalization, but we must protect our national economy from any world storm.
Even if the United States can meet the conditions for these foreign companies to move back to factories, the relevant talents can't. For example, the efforts, responsibilities and diligence of human resources in China are incomparable to those high-tech talents trained in other places. I believe these foreign companies will not move away easily. I heard that Apple's only production line in the United States will be moved to China.
The industrial transfer and southward migration of the United States and Japan in China was a strategy implemented before the outbreak and will not change. This epidemic will only accelerate this operation and increase the proportion of relocation, especially the public safety-related industries exposed in the epidemic are anti-globalization in the short term, but the ultimate power of the market should be restored. Their own scientific and technological innovation ability, the single market behind them and their own block economy are the core.
There is no need to worry about the adverse impact on domestic industries caused by American and Japanese enterprises moving out of China. If they really move out, our corresponding enterprises may get greater development. However, it should be noted that American and Japanese enterprises moved out to cooperate with the United States in confiscating US Treasury bonds purchased by China. So once American companies are about to move out of China, we urgently need to sell US Treasury bonds and get back the gold stored in the United States.
Where is it so easy? China's manufacturing industry has many advantages, complete supporting industries, a large number of high-quality workers and the most perfect logistics system in the world, which are unmatched by any country. Even if these enterprises move back, China can still contribute to the establishment of these relocated enterprises. China will definitely have more price advantages for the same product, and those enterprises that move back to China will definitely face the pressure from China products. The purpose of businessmen is to make money. Their products are of high quality and low price. Whoever buys them will definitely buy them! Just let China better control these industries in their own hands!
In fact, it is normal for Japanese and American companies to leave China! On the other hand, if you were in their position in China, you would do the same. But as a businessman, profit comes first. You have to survive before you can do charity. Just like Li Ka-shing made a lot of money in China and moved to Britain, now an epidemic can't stand it.
Competition is the driving force for the development of science and technology. On the surface, China is developing faster than the West in most fields, which is the law of things. In the short term, it will put pressure on the west, which in turn will increase the driving force. The biggest troublemaker in the United States is not so much to contain China as to contain the scientific and technological progress in the world. This is undoubtedly the sorrow of all mankind!
Nothing can be built in China now. They may be asked to leave in a few years. Don't worry about the unemployment rate in China. China has the ability to develop its own industry and needs a lot of talents. Suppliers don't have to worry too much about the same supply to their own national enterprises, and their business will only get better and better! But we should remind the country that we must pay attention to their real purpose and action of withdrawing from the enterprise this time. This uncharacteristic move is not so simple. I hope the relevant departments will make corresponding preparations.
China's competitive enterprises are probably laughing, haha. We must know that Japanese enterprises are also capitalists, and they all pursue profits. If they are profitable and competitive in their own country, why do they come to China? Haha, when they really move back, labor, export, transportation, customs and other costs. It will only increase, and their competitiveness will become weaker and weaker. Of course, local enterprises in China are laughing [covering their faces], but since capital is profit-seeking, it also shows that these enterprises will not give up their investment in China because of state intervention, so it will have a formal significance.
Most foreign companies cannot survive if they leave China. It will take a long time to train skilled workers and engineers, and China's market share will also be lost to make room for local enterprises. Many local enterprises in China have no opportunities for development, but foreign enterprises have the opportunity to quit. Due to historical reasons, the capital technology market has been suppressed. Those who engage in technology are not as good as those who engage in service, and no one takes it seriously. Once they attach importance to it, they will develop immediately. Look at the blocked industries. China is developing well.
Under the background of economic and industrial globalization, no country can independently produce all products. Western countries, led by the United States, tried their best to block and suppress China in order to consolidate and maintain their hegemonic and monopoly positions in economy, industry and finance. We must have a clear understanding. Without western high-end technology, our development may be slower, but without our key raw materials and some manufacturing technologies, they will not feel better. They will blindly tolerate, return good for evil, and can't get their concessions.
The real decoupling should be that the West is more worried. At any time, we will go through a painful period. However, since our thinking logic was started after the reform and opening up (Scientific Outlook on Development), China has a complete range of industries and a large number of scientific and technological talents (although the top level is limited), but the government will inevitably introduce various policies to guide and support, so we don't have to worry too much. At the same time, because the economy is decoupled, politics, people's livelihood exchanges, information exchanges and scientific and technological exchanges will inevitably be decoupled. Our top high-tech, especially the high-tech achievements that have changed human development, will not be grasped by the West in time, which is not in line with their development, let alone the global law of human development, and will inevitably lead to fierce human friction and war (which may be devastating), which is not what the Western people are willing to accept. Because the information is blocked and there is no communication between the two sides, the development direction may be completely different, which will lead to the loss of dominant significance of those countries that have always dominated the world war.
For example, suppose China breaks through quantum technology and innovates new scientific and technological theories, which may promote the leap-forward development of China's military, science and technology and people's livelihood? Overtaking in corners? Such an event will directly change the world pattern, will happen suddenly, and will not give western countries any time to adjust and prepare. I think western countries should be very smart. In combination with the above, at present, the west has made such a move for the sake of dominance and control. Decide? It's just using us as bargaining chips. Simply put, it is because we don't take it that it feels that our development will inevitably threaten it. Its purpose is to control you and treat you as a sucker who will never be repaid. This is, of course, the reason why we won't compromise, so I think as long as we create our own domestic environment of education, people's livelihood, law, natural ecology and social insurance, it can be said that all western forces, including the United States, can't shake it!
