Development of Hunan Agricultural University

The school started as a learning school founded on June 8, 1903/KLOC-0, and went through the running stages of Hunan Private Agricultural School, Hunan Private Higher Agricultural Vocational School and Hunan Agriculture and Forestry College. 1951March, Hunan Agriculture and Forestry College and Agricultural College of Hunan University merged to form Hunan Agricultural College, which was renamed Hunan Agricultural University in March. 1994.
