After more than half a century of rapid development, the hospital has formed a provincial-level special care hospital which integrates medical treatment, scientific research and teaching, with complete departments, reasonable layout, advanced equipment, elegant environment, strong technical force and exquisite technology, and mainly focuses on psychiatry. The main function is to be responsible for the free reception, treatment and rehabilitation of mental patients of retired soldiers in the province; To undertake free out-of-hospital rehabilitation guidance for non-hospitalized disabled mental patients in the province; To undertake the medical appraisal of mental illness in disabled soldiers. At the same time, it is open to the society and treats patients with various physical and mental diseases and patients with mental and psychological diseases.
