Huanggang entry-exit frontier inspection station belongs to Shenzhen entry-exit frontier inspection station. In April, 2007, with the approval of the State Council, Huanggang Border Inspection Station was upgraded to a deputy departmental level. Futian Entry-Exit Frontier Inspection Station under its jurisdiction (deputy division level, formally established on July 27th, 1998) is responsible for the frontier inspection of Chinese and foreign passengers and vehicles entering and leaving Huanggang, Futian Port and Futian Bonded Zone, as well as the vigilance and management of the port restricted area. The whole station has 17 grass-roots teams (including Futian substation) and 1 logistics support team. On June 28, 2000, the "Express Rail" inspection system was launched for cargo inspection; On June 27, 2003, the travel inspection carried out 24-hour customs clearance; At the beginning of June, 2006, the cargo inspection, car (passenger) traffic and "Autoexpress" inspection system in Futian Free Trade Zone were upgraded to "automatic Autoexpress" system. After this automatic system was put into use, it greatly improved the speed of vehicle customs clearance and was well received by people from Shenzhen and Hong Kong and all walks of life.
