Xia Jie (date of birth and death unknown), son of Lu, was a famous tyrant in ancient history. Both civil and military, moving the capital to Yan. During his reign, he was dissolute and tyrannical, and the princes did not go to court. With the assistance and planning of Yi Yin and Zhong, the Shang King gradually perished Wei, Gu and Kunwu. In the Battle of Mingtiao, Xia Jie was defeated and captured, and was exiled to Nanzhao, where he reigned for 52 years, marking the demise of Xia Dynasty. A few years later, when the guest died in the Southern Dynasties, posthumous title became a valerian.
Shang Tang (BC 1670-BC 1587) was born in Shang Dynasty (now Shangqiu City, Henan Province). The founding monarch of Shang Dynasty, the 15th grandson of Shang Dynasty, the 14th grandson of Qi State, and the son of the ghost king.
