2. Nylon 66 (cream color): Compared with Nylon 6, its mechanical strength, rigidity, heat resistance, wear resistance and creep resistance are better, but its impact strength and mechanical shock absorption performance are decreased, so it is very suitable for automatic lathe processing.
3. Nylon 4.6 (reddish brown): Compared with ordinary nylon, nylon 4.6 is characterized by strong rigidity retention, good creep resistance and good thermal aging resistance in a wide temperature range. Therefore, nylon 6, nylon 66, POM and PET can't meet the requirements in rigidity, creep resistance, thermal aging resistance, fatigue strength and wear resistance, so nylon 4.6(88. The creep resistance, dimensional stability and wear resistance are improved, and the maximum allowable service temperature is higher. 5. Nylon 66MOS2 (gray-black): This nylon is filled with molybdenum disulfide. Compared with nylon 66, its rigidity, hardness and dimensional stability are improved, but its impact strength is decreased. The grain formation of molybdenum disulfide improves the crystal structure and the bearing capacity and wear resistance of the material.
