1, library history

The library of Zhejiang Police College was built in 1985, and its predecessor was the library of Zhejiang Public Security Cadre School, which was founded in May 1949. In July 2000, Zhejiang People's Police School was merged into Zhejiang Public Security College, and in September of the same year, the school moved to the present site of Binjiang Higher Education Park. In March 2007, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was upgraded and renamed Zhejiang Police College. The library adapts to the construction and development of the school, and constantly strengthens the construction of the library's infrastructure, literature resources and professional team.

2. Institutions and personnel

The library is a unit directly under the school, which consists of editing department, circulation reading department and information technology department. 3. Buildings and equipment

The library covers an area of more than 8,000 square meters and has 640 seats. At present, there are 5 servers, high-performance disk arrays, 150 computers, 12 switches,1/printers, copiers, firewalls, anti-theft monitors and other facilities and equipment; Introduce books management, CD attached with books and other systems to realize the automation and networking of library business and management.
