In the 24th year of Guangxu reign of Qing Dynasty, Ma Jingshan, the county magistrate, was proficient in small sugar technology, and managed the "Jixiang Zhai" Guo Jing store in Wujiachang to create crisp sugar. Because of the same surname as Ma Yuan, a famous soldier in the later Han Dynasty, it was named "Fu Bo Brand" Crisp Sugar. Later, Li Tuqi of Wujiachang opened "Kuichengnuo".
