Dianbai District is a municipal district of Maoming City, Guangdong Province. It is located in the southwest coast of Guangdong, bordering Gaozhou and Yangchun in the north, Yangxi in the east, Maonan District and Wuchuan in the west and Nanhai in the south. 201April 18 was formed by the merger of Dianbai County and Maogang District of Maoming City. Dianbai District is the only coastal county-level administrative region within the jurisdiction of Maoming City, and its coastal area is an important part of Guangdong Maoming Binhai New Area (starting from Diancheng Town and Bohe Town). Qijing Town belongs to Maoming High-tech Industrial Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as Maoming High-tech Zone, which belongs to the planning of Binhai New Area); Nanhai Street belongs to Shuidongwan New Town. 12345 "electric white" has a long history. Named after the lightning in western Guangdong, it is divided into counties, counties and municipal districts. Dianbai jurisdiction has changed one after another. In the third year of Chenghua in the Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1467), Dianbai county was evacuated from Changpo (now changpo town, Gaozhou) to Shendianwei (now Dian Wei Town), and the jurisdiction of Dianbai county was basically finalized until Dianbai county and Maogang district were divided. After the establishment of Dianbai District, it was restored to the jurisdiction of Dianbai County before the division of Dianbai County and Maogang District. Dianbai area has a subtropical monsoon climate, warm and humid in the inland of the central and northern parts of the south coast. It mainly includes Shalang River basin (north, middle and west) and Wang Fu River basin (east), and is rich in litchi, longan, peanuts and seafood. Among them, Shuidong mustard tuber is famous far and wide, and it is known as the top 100 counties in the total output of aquatic products and fruits in China. The unique geographical location and terrain also make Dianbai District rich in natural scenery tourism resources, including China First Beach, Luokeng Reservoir, Jingai Mountain and Jifang Island. Dianbai District, with convenient transportation and increasingly perfect infrastructure, is an important gateway to southwest Guangdong. Before the establishment of Dianbai District, Dianbai County was rated as one of the top 100 counties with comprehensive rural strength in China (the first session 1992) 7. With the shift of Maoming's economic focus to Dianbai District (mainly along the coast), there is great room for economic development and promotion in Dianbai District.
