Zhoutouzui Port, located in Chi Pan of Pearl River White Swan, is a passenger station under the jurisdiction of Guangzhou Port Passenger Transport Service Corporation, mainly engaged in waterway passenger transport business. The Port Management Office of the General Office of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government has started to implement it. Guangzhou Zhoutouzui Customs, Border Inspection Station and Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau are responsible for port inspection and handling entry-exit formalities.
