The hospital was formerly known as 1975 Ningbo Regional Hospital, and 1983 was renamed Ningbo Mingzhou Hospital. 1985 Ningbo Women and Children's Hospital integrates the Department of Pediatrics of Ningbo First Hospital and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Ningbo Second Hospital. 1993 Increase Ningbo Red Cross Hospital, 1998 Increase Ningbo Maternal and Child Health Hospital. It is not a hospital directly under the Medical College of Ningbo University, but also a teaching hospital in more than ten medical colleges in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui and Inner Mongolia. The trial operation of 20 14, 10 and 18 North Campus opened a new era of "one hospital and two districts".
