Looking through historical materials, it is found that the earliest record of Emei School was in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. At that time, in order to escape the war, many people chose to live in seclusion in the deep mountains. Mount Emei in Sichuan Province ranked the national peaks in Taoism according to their quality, ranking seventh. There are many people who live in seclusion. They formed an alliance for their own security, which is the initial prototype of Emei Sect.
In the Qin Dynasty, there was a Stuart Kong Xuan who was obsessed with martial arts since he was a child. He traveled all over Qian Shan, looking for celebrities and historical sites. Later, I met an ape in Emei Mountain. Inspired by generate, he imitated the monkey's dynamics and created a hundred-circle swordsmanship, which made him famous. Situ Kong Xuan thought that he was predestined friends with Emei Mountain, so he founded Emei School based on Emei Mountain. However, due to the inconvenience of written records at that time and the fact that Emei Sect was located in the deep mountains, there were few records about it.
Until the Ming Dynasty, Tang Shunzhi wrote a song "Emei Daoism Boxing Song" in "Collected Works of Mr. Jingchuan", which clearly described that Emei martial arts were good at static braking and their tactics were changeable. Only then did people know that Emei Sect had been passed down. In recent years, due to the rapid development of society, it is difficult for Emei Sect to accept apprentices. However, with the return and publicity of Lingyun and others, Emei School is expected to flourish.
