_ Inspection scope

1. Personnel entering commercial buildings, supermarkets, restaurants, vegetable markets, farmers' markets and other places, as well as non-registered floating population in residential areas and villages, shall scan the place code, check the health code and negative nucleic acid certificate within 7 days.

2. Personnel entering organs, enterprises and institutions, farmhouses, hotels, tourist attractions and other places shall scan the place code, check the health code and negative nucleic acid certificate within 72 hours.

3. If there is full-time nucleic acid screening or screening in key areas and key populations, you need to check the latest nucleic acid negative certificate.

_ Inspection method

It is suggested to use the "Tianjin Digital Epidemic Prevention" APP to scan the place code and show the negative certificate of health code and nucleic acid detection. For the elderly and children who don't have smart phones, the family members can help to query the test results after binding the "Tianjin Digital Epidemic Prevention" APP. If they are not accompanied, they can download and print the test results in advance or register their identity information on the spot before entering.

_ Inspection requirements

1. All organs, enterprises and institutions, and all kinds of public places should strictly implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, and urge employees of their own units to take the initiative to participate in nucleic acid testing in time according to the requirements of nucleic acid testing for employees in the industry, and set up special personnel to carry out health code and nucleic acid negative certificate inspection at the entrance.

2. All kinds of schools shall, according to the arrangement of nucleic acid detection, do a good job in the inspection of health codes and negative nucleic acid certificates of all teachers and students. Villages and communities should strictly carry out inspections of migrant workers, urge those who return to Tianjin and treasure to report in time, and implement relevant prevention and control policies for returning to Tianjin and treasure.

Residents and friends are requested to take the initiative to cooperate with the site code and check the health code and the negative nucleic acid certificate. Those who do not cooperate, support or disturb the order and cause the risk of epidemic prevention and control will be strictly investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
