2. Li Yizhi is a famous hydraulic scientist and educator, and a pioneer of modern water conservancy construction in China. He advocated paying equal attention to the upper, middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, taking into account flood control, shipping, irrigation and hydropower, changed the idea of water control that only focused on the lower reaches of the Yellow River for thousands of years, and promoted China's theory and strategy of harnessing the Yellow River.

Yang Xijin,1graduated from the Department of Geography of Lanzhou University in June, 1958, majoring in physical geography, and stayed as a teacher; June 1958 to September 1960, majoring in land hydrology, Department of Hydrology, East China University of Hydraulic Engineering (Hohai University), engaged in geography and hydrology teaching and research. He used to be secretary of the party branch and director of the physical geography teaching and research section.

Honesty and frankness is a general of the Republic of China. Sun Yat-sen wrote an inscription for loyalty: "Sacrifice for the country" and posthumously presented it to Lieutenant General of the Army. 1923 was buried in the original bank of the county, with a loyal cemetery, a Yu Youren tablet and an epitaph.
