Western art history books
If it is entry-level, I recommend Cambridge Art History. I have the 1994 edition in my hand, which was recently reprinted by Qian Chengdan, a professor of history in Peking University and an expert in British history. It is said that the new version has been revised. The book is vivid and easy to understand, and can be read by art students and ordinary people who are not art majors. Regrettably, the book excludes Russian modern art, especially the roving exhibition school, from the history of western art, and makes no mention of it in a few words.

At the same time, Fu Lei's On Art can also be read, but you have to compare some nouns, such as Fei Lengcui, which is actually Florence.

While reading the history of art, I suggest reading the general history of the west together. I recommend Chen Hengzhe's History of the West, a talented woman in the Republic of China. Her book A General History of China's West is unparalleled so far.

If you go deeper, you can look at the monographs of various periods, such as Zong Baihua's "On European Modernist Painting" and "Renaissance" and other biographies of some masters. These are all later stories.

Pure manual input, hope to give points
