What is the history of teapots?
The origin of the teapot can be traced back to the state of Yue in the Spring and Autumn Period. He retired from the Jianghu with his teacher. However, purple sand was made into pots after the Zheng De period of Ming Wuzong. The founder of Zisha Pot was Gong Chun in Ming Dynasty, and there were three famous pot makers in Ming Dynasty: Shi Dabin, Li Zhongfang and Xu Youquan. All kinds of famous pots made by them are elegant in style, flexible in shape, simple and exquisite, and wonderful. In contemporary times, there are also a group of master pot makers, such as Gu Jingzhou, whose imitation spring teapot has sold for HK$ 200,000 in the international market.
