In the case of a high degree of political and cultural integration, a nation can be transformed into a national concept.

Ethnic issues include not only the development of the nation itself, but also the relationship among nations, ethnic groups, classes and countries. Ethnic issues have five basic characteristics in the whole social development process: long-term, importance, complexity, internationality and sensitivity.
