How do micro-store buyers agree to refund?
At present, WeChat payment is only a means of payment, and there is no third-party guarantee. Buyers can only negotiate with merchants to cancel the order and refund.

1. Open WeChat and open "My Bank Card" in "My" personal information.

2. After opening "My Bank Card", click on the upper right corner and select "Transaction Record".

3. Open "Transaction Records", select the order to be queried, such as the first order, and click to enter the order details.

4. After entering the order details, the buyer will see the phone number behind "Contact the merchant" and make a phone call to negotiate with the merchant. If the merchant agrees to refund, the refund will be returned to the bank card where the buyer paid for the transaction within 1~ 15 working days (depending on the bank).
