Rizhao Zhudongtian Scenic Area is located in Maoyuan, Jiangshuaigou, the western end of Rizhao City, Shandong Province, with a total area of 1000 mu, including more than 200 mu of Phyllostachys pubescens, 400 mu of other bamboos and 400 mu of water. It is a successful example of South Pearl moving northward.
The green area of the scenic spot is over 80%, and there are more than 0/00 species of bamboo, including Phyllostachys pubescens, Phyllostachys pubescens, Phyllostachys pubescens and Polygonatum odoratum. National performance groups perform national songs and dances for tourists all the year round, especially bamboo dance and other entertainment programs with strong participation of tourists. Birds contend in the bamboo forest, egrets play on the river, and tourists can enjoy the scenery in the northern part of the south of the Yangtze River by bamboo rafts and awning boats. Since its opening in 2004, Zhudongtian Scenic Area has won many honors and become a unique scenic spot in Shandong. The scenic spot is accompanied by the beautiful Futuan River, with convenient transportation and superior geographical position. It is 8 kilometers away from the long-distance bus station, 5 kilometers away from the entrance of Sanri East Expressway and 0/7 kilometers away from Rizhao seaside.
