The Historical Evolution of Aihui Town
Aihui was once called "Ai Hu", "Ai Hu", "Ai Hu" and "Love Faint" in history. The meaning of the word "Aihui" once said that it was named after Aihui River near Aihui Old Town, and Daur means "awesome"; In addition, Manchu means "female mink", because this area was famous for producing mink in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, and Aihui County Records said it was "specious".

Aihui City was founded in the early Qing Dynasty. 1683 (twenty-two years of Qing emperor Kangxi), the Qing government decided to set up Heilongjiang generals, station troops to guard the border, and "build a city and keep it forever". At the turn of spring and summer the following year, it took two and a half months to rebuild the city on the site of Gu Aihui (now Schet Xue Cun, Russia) destroyed by Russian armed invasion. Because the right side borders Heilongjiang and is the residence of Heilongjiang generals, it is called "Heilongjiang City". Later generations artificially distinguished Jiangyou (West) from the new "Aihui", also known as "Old Aihui".

1685 (twenty-four years of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty), in view of the inconvenient traffic in Jiangdong, the old city of Aihui, and the inconvenience in official correspondence with the mainland, the Qing government decided to move the Heilongjiang General Yamen to the lower reaches of Jiangxi in 12, and rebuild the city village on the ruins of tolga City, a Daur village in China burned by Russia, which is still "Aihui City", that is, New Aihui City, also known as ".

The buildings inside and outside Xin 'aihui City are recorded in Shengjing Tongzhi: "The inner city is built with pine trees as the wall, with a height of 10 foot, a circumference of 130 steps and four doors. Trees are planted on three sides in the northwest, one in the south, two in the northwest, a river in the east and several miles in Fiona Fang. " General Heilongjiang and Deputy General Heilongjiang are both in the same city. 1690 (29th year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty), General Yamen of Heilongjiang moved to Morgan City, leaving the deputy governor in charge.

1900 (in the 26th year of Guangxu reign of Qing dynasty), "Gengzi Russian Rebellion", when Russia invaded Aihui City, it was set on fire by Russian troops.

1907 (thirty-three years of Guangxu in Qing dynasty), Aihui City was rebuilt after the withdrawal of Russian troops.

1909 (the year of Xuantongyuan in the Qing Dynasty), the deputy commander-in-chief of Heilongjiang (Aihui) was abolished, and Aihui Bingbing Road and Aihui Zhili Hall were set up, with Aihui City as the residence of the Daobu and the Hall Department.
