Its predecessor was Fuxing Primary School, which was founded in the 23rd year of the Republic of China (1934), and its school address was 1 1 Bailong Road. In 26 years of the Republic of China, patriotic overseas Chinese Hu Wenhu donated to build a 1 two-story wooden teaching building, changed the name of the school to Cangxia Primary School, and used Wenchang Palace as a place to attach evening classes. Businessman Lin Miju donated tables and chairs. 1950 was renamed as the first central primary school in Taijiang District, with Bailong 'an as the kindergarten.
