The night before the operation, you should first drink laxatives to remove the feces in your body, then scrape your anus and then push it into the operating room. Generally it may take half an hour to 1 hour. Generally, the anus is sealed with cotton wool 24 hours after operation, 1 can't defecate for 2 days. Pay attention to diet, then wash the anus and wound with medicine and warm water after each defecation, dry the wound with instruments (lighting instruments), and finally change the dressing and stay in bed. A few days after the operation, don't walk around, just lie down after changing the medicine, because you have to hang salt water for a few days. Talk about diet, mainly hospital meals, and keep defecation unobstructed, preferably/kloc-0 times a day, otherwise the effect of dressing change will be discounted.

After stopping hanging water, according to your own situation, start to get out of bed and walk more, which is convenient for hanging thread (usually anal fistula hanging thread or buried in the wound), and walking is beneficial to loosening thread.

Finally, generally, if all the threads are dropped or recovered well, the doctor will let you leave the hospital and prepare some basic drugs, but will ask you to come to the hospital for follow-up visits regularly. Then take good care, don't let the wound get wet and infected. Finally, until the wound is completely healed, there is no problem after the doctor's examination, and your anal fistula is basically cured.
